CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 WORKFORCE CASH CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
Who Can Enter
1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be 18 years or older and must NOT have won a major contest on Classic Rock 94.5 in the last 90 days. Employees of Meridian Broadcasting Company or other radio stations in the Ft. Myers/ Naples area and their respective affiliated companies, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each are ineligible.
2. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 may require proof of age, identification and/or social security number prior to delivering a prize.
How to Enter (Workforce Payroll)
3. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry and one winner per person, per household, per contest.
4. To join the CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 WORKFORCE and be entered into this contest join by either: going to www.classicrock945.com and click on the WORKFORCE logo and provide your first and last name, gender, birth date, email address, city, state and zip code
5. Incomplete or illegible entries or registrations may be disqualified.
How to Win – (Workforce Payroll)
6. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 will randomly select WORKFORCE members daily (Monday – Friday only) from the CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 WORKFORCE database. The CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 Workforce Payroll runs Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm from October 7, 2007 to November 2, 2007. A CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 Workforce member’s name will be announced every hour from Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm live on-the-air at approximately ten after each hour.
7. The CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 Workforce member has a total of 30 minutes to call the CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 studio at 239-479-5594 or 239-263-6594. If the Workforce member calls in the allotted time, they will be placed on the Workforce Payroll at $100.00 per hour. If they do not call in within the allotted time, the previous Workforce member continues on the payroll at $100.00 hour.
8. Workforce members will continue on the payroll until a new Workforce member responds within 30 minutes of announcing their name weekdays from Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. All cash awards are payable within 90 days of the date of winning. Winner may be required to present himself at a time and place designated by CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 for the purpose of making the cash award.
Other Rules
9. Membership registrations or entries that are determined by Station Management to be fraudulent, incomplete, and illegible or duplicates will be void and the person making such an entry barred from further participation.
10. All entries and registrations become the property of CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 and will not be acknowledged or returned.
11. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 is not responsible for loss of service to the Contest Phone Number due to overload, busy signals, or any other factors that may prevent an individual from competing his/her call. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 cannot be held liable for (a) any lost or stolen membership entries or registrations, prizes or contest information, (b) any attempted registration or award claim that are misdirected, lost, disconnected, not fully received, illegible or inaudible, nor (c) any technical malfunction related to any computer network, software, internet access, ISP's, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact registration or prize claim including, without limitation, any internet telephone call connections, fax transmission or telephone calls. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 and its sponsors are not responsible printing errors
12. By participating in this contest, each entrant hereby consents to CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 and its sponsors using the contestant’s name, voice, likeness, biographical information, hometown, his/her participation in the contest, and the substance of the contestant’s entry (in whole or in part) for on-air broadcast and for advertising and promotional purposes. Entrant agrees that no additional compensation will be paid for such usage.
13. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 reserves the right to make rules, contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and the interpretation of the contest rules. The decisions of CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 shall be final. CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time without prior notification.
14. Entry into CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 contests and membership in the CLASSIC ROCK 94.5 Workforce constitutes agreement to abide by these rules, as well as any other specific contest rules established by CLASSIC ROCK 94.5. These contest rules supercede, to the extent only of any conflict, any applicable general contest rules of CLASSIC ROCK 94.5.
